User “Add Term to List” Plug-in

Hello,

I am wanting to accomplish the following task. On the front of my site I would have a list of words in a certain category. I would like the user to be able to add words to the list, that would either automatically be added, or added for approval in the administrator.

For example:

Foods: apples, oranges, hot dogs, lettuce, pickles, potatoes, cheese, eggs

Your addition?: _____________ [user enters here, and adds to list]

Any idea of any plugins that would be able to accomplish this? I was thinking a poll plugin, but couldn’t find one appropriate.
