User Access denied after Update

Hello All,

iam getting a strange error once i have done the update as described i am Requested to provide FTP access which i have done probably to create the Theme files. But when i click on all in onen calendar settings iam getting this

” Acces denied due to lack of user rights”

Any idea on how to proceed? or where the error might lie?
