Sorry to hear that our plugin didn’t work for you.
Please remember that this plugin is an add-on of the WP SUPER CACHE plugin.
Once you activate it and have WP SUPER CACHE activated also, when logged in as an administrator you should see a new menu item in the topbar to clear cache. Please have a look at the Screenshot of the top menu where you can see the additional menu item that should appear.
First you need to check if the WP SUPER CACHE is active and also this add-on plugin is active.
If WP SUPER CACHE is active you can empty the cache going to: SETTINGS / WP SUPER CACHE / CONTENTS and there should be a button to DELETE CACHE. If you can DELETE CACHE using this method, you should also be able to use our plugin to empty the cache without navigating to this page.
