Useless instructions

    I tried now the instructions for hours but I’m still not able to get star rating done!
    The instructions here are not correct.

    It seems too outdated.

    The link you provided is not the instructions, but a list of templates NGG uses under certain conditions.
    The instructions are provided in the FAQ.

    If you read the FAQ, and still were unable to get the plugin working, you can always post a forum thread. I always respond quickly and try get it working smoothly.

    Thanks Shauno, but it’s also not possible to do with the FAQ! I guess there was an major update and the way is no different?!

    Again, if you have a problem, post in the support forum provided. The plugin has thousands of active users, it definitely works. There might be a conflict with something specific in your site. But I can’t know unless you ask for help.

    But posting a review of 1 star without even giving me the opportunity to find the issue isn’t cool.
