Useless Free version

I installed the plugin, created a gift card using one of the templates included, when I want to make a test, I get a error message saying “The “to” field is empty”, but it doesn’t appear on my screen.

Contacted support to see the problem: they say there is no problem, It’s how the plugin works, but the “to” field is only available on the PRO version??

Wasted my time on a Free version that is completely useless and a support team that doesn’t help.
