Use shortcode to show only certain posts (properties)?

Hi,

I recently installed a theme Estate Pro which allows you to create properties (basically posts) which can be views using the shortcode:

[listing title=”Properties” count=”-1″ pagi_show=”yes or no ” padding_top=”yes or no” listing=”grid or list”]

Unfortunately the count option allows me to choose for example properties 1-6 to show up, but what I really need is to be able to display properties 3-6 or something like that.
Alternatively it could display properties with certain property features like air conditioning if that’s easier.

Is there a way to do this? I’m not very familiar with coding so please try and make it simple.
