Use only emoji autocomplete

Is there a way to separately enable the emoji autocomplete but disable the reactions button/feature? I don’t want to use the reactions feature because it causes to many styling issues on my custom theme but I really want to use the emoji autocomplete. Could you maybe make a setting in the admin to separately switch this on and off?
