Use admin-ajax.php

I use kk star rating,
and have problem with high CPU consume with this: Use admin-ajax.php.

I want to install WP-PostRatings.

Do this plugin have huge cpu consume?(admin-ajax.php) for over 100,000 Hits in one day.
If yes ,can resolve this problem?
