understand. The issue mentioned in ticket #119140 – Issues with a plugin is not exactly with the rule, but apparently, with the plugin, you are using for the translation. Since HeartBeat is not being able to solve this, you can either try another plugin or troubleshoot the existing one with the help of a developer. He/she could review your application and properly optimize it to spawn fewer processes.

If you have any browser caching enabled via a plugin or from your hosting, try to disable it temporarily.
Redirects can be cached by your browser if your server sends certain headers to your browser.

We deeply apologize for the delayed response.
The issue is most likely caused by a repeated detection of the same front-end string displayed using JavaScript. In this case you should notice numerous trp-ajax.php calls (20+) in the browser console under Network tab. To solve this, identify the html node that contains that overdetected text and use TP Advanced Settings option Exclude from dynamic translation to input the JS/CSS selector for that node.
