UPDATE> having spoken to hosting company they said raise a ticket and they will move it, does that sound right, i assume they understand all that is involved?

reading a bit more, it won’t actually touch current install, so if i set new domain up, create a database and have a empty route directory in new domain , upload installer to new domain and run.
Or does it actually remove everything from old site?
Old site will still be intact and functioning so temporarily add a robots block on new site until fully tested?

running a local copy of wp now but just want to make sure nothing on original site gets removed?

But looking at video it seems straight forward. IS IT? before i go jumping in…
I have tried to make it as simple as I possibly can. However there are still users who don’t know concepts like connecting to a database and in some cases what a database is, which is something I just can’t teach everyone. These same users try to use the plugin anyways, and then when they don’t understand something they put in a one star vote because they didn’t really get it…
