Hi there,
check in general settings tab of the plugin if you have selected “Show result : Reload the page without AJAX”. If you want use “Don’t change URL” in SEO option you should select this option in “Show result : In same page using AJAX”
Let me know.
I am using the free version. There is no “Show result : Reload the page without AJAX” section in the general settings. There is “Do not change URL” in the SEO option, but it does not work. Isn’t this a bit silly?
Hi @mcaliskan
you’re right, I’m sorry. We’ll release a fixed version in a week. meantime you can download a fixed file here
Then paste downloaded file in:
wp-content/plugins/yith-woocommerce-ajax-navigation/inlcudes
Let me know.
Hİ @askmagic
Unfortunately, nothing has changed 🙁 How about you give me your premium package?
Healthy days
Hi there,
I’m sorry but I can’t send to you the premium version. We’ll release a fixed version in a couple of days, please waiting for the new release.
I have tested the file attached and works fine, are you sure you copy it in the correct path ?
Hi @agengineering
It’s a pity you didn’t give the premium version. I’m sure I copied it to the right place. Nothing has changed, my problem still persists. I hope you will solve this problem as soon as possible.
Hi there,
we’ll solve it in the next release that will be available very soon.
Hi @agengineering
I did the update. But my problem still persists. All my sites have the same problem.
Hi,
we’ve just tried it in our local installation and it works fine!
Maybe you have some cache plugin?
Please try to follow these steps:
1. go to YITH > Ajax Product Filter > SEO and save settings
2. disable the plugin
3. enable the plugin again
and let us know if this will do the trick.
In addition, to be sure no other plugin conflict with it, please try deactivating all plugins, leaving only WooCommerce and YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter active, and try again. If it works fine, probably some other plugins are causing that issue; in this case, you should try activating the plugins one by one to find the one that is causing this issue.
If these workarounds will not solve the issue, please could you provide us with the link of the site you have the issue in, so we can check for that?
