URL for page

I’ve read all the permalink info, but I’m not sure it’ll help me.
Although http://www.wapatu.com takes you to my blog, the settings in my permalinks read http://gator803.hostgator.com/~wapatu
I would like my members page URL to be http://www.wapatu.com/members, but although I’ve researched extensively, I’m not sure how to do it. Can someone please advise me? Thank you in advance. Diane
