URL customisation

Hi

Polylang manual says the plug-in changes the URL by creating sub-directories per language for example /en/ for English and /nl/ for Dutch.

I have a highly optimised website which we really do not want the URLs to change, otherwise we have to set up hundereds of 301 redirects 🙁

Is it possible to retain the original URLS for original pages and only create urls wit /nl/ for the Dutch and /fr/ for French etc. In essence we want to keep all URLs for English versions as they are now and only create new URLs for the new languages.
