• Hello,

I’m using the version 1.7.18, my WP is 6.9.4, and my Woocommerce is 10.9.3, and Woocommerce Stripe Gateway 10.8.3.

My customers are being charged more then expected, my settings are:

    Payment frequency: every 1 month

Billing cycle: 5 (Expire subscription after 5 months)

So normally, the first payement would me when the customer places his order, and then he should be charged 4 months to complete the 5 months, but instead he’s charged 6 months.

    Is this a bug?

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

According to the plugin’s logic, setting the Billing cycle to 5 should indeed result in a total of five payments: the initial payment made at the time of purchase plus four subsequent renewals. If your customers are being charged a sixth time, this is not the intended behavior.

To help me diagnose the cause of this issue and determine if it is a bug or a configuration conflict, I would appreciate it if you could provide the following information:

    1. Screenshots of the Product Settings: Please send a screenshot of the General tab in the Product Data section for the subscription product in question, specifically showing the Billing schedule configuration.
    2. Screenshots of an affected Subscription: Please go to Flexible Subscriptions > Subscriptions, select one of the subscriptions that was charged six times, and provide screenshots of:
      – The Subscription Notes (on the right side).
      – The Billing Cycle metabox (showing the start date, next payment date, and end date).

    Kind regards,
