Your current theme “keremiyav4” seems to be the error.
To confirm, try switching to the unedited default Theme (Twenty Sixteen, etc.) for a moment using FTP , or your web-host’s cPanel or whatever file management application your host provides (no Dashboard access required). Navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and switch to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder by adding “-old” to the end of the folder name. Alternately, you can remove other themes except the default theme. That will force your site to use it.

Thanks for the answer, I did switch the theme and updated my wordpress site came back online, and as I can see on google analytics there are over 200 people connected on my website, but sometimes website shows well, and sometimes the error comes back. I have cleared cached and everything but still getting error..
Willing to pay someone for help please. This is really URGENT..

Using FTP, try navigating to wp-content/themes/keremiyav4/framework/ then open temadili.php
Verify the first line of the file is <?php with no extra spaces or white space before it. Does that make a difference?
I have checkec temadili and no space before.. 🙁
