• Hi, I’ve been trying to publish a ticket sale from CampTix and every time I put the short code [camptix] in, on the storefront of my website it says “Sorry, but there are currently no tickets for sale. Please try again later.” in a yellow box.
    Any advice? Thanks!

The first thing to check would be to make sure that you have Ticket posts that are published, that the quantity is above 0, and that the current date is within the range set in the Availability metabox.

Hi Ian, thanks for responding! I checked and everything you mentioned is correct, do you have any other suggestions?

Hmm, the only other thing that should affect it would be reservations. If the number of tickets remaining matches the number of tickets reserved, then there wouldn’t be any available to the general public anymore, so you’d see that error unless you opened the page with a reservation token.
