• Hi,
the plugin was working fine but there was a minor issue where saved boxes would vanish from the plugin settings page (all boxes) after making changes to them and saving. I thought that this could be an issue due to the “post type switcher plugin” and deactivated that.
Meanwhile, I also fiddled around with the setting of a box making it only appear on custom posts but left the field blank, and saved it to see if it would vanish with the post type switcher plugin disabled.

Immediately after that, I started to get
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ')' in /home/content/bla/blabla/html/blablablasite/wp-content/plugins/scroll-triggered-boxes/includes/class-public.php(67) : eval()'d code on line 1

error and its there no matter what I try to do, I even tried to re-install the plugin(s) more than once but no luck.

I think I’ve broken something but have no idea what and how (but one of those two changes must be the culprit)

    anyway please help me 🙂

    Hi there,

This error is related to a “custom manual condition” you set for one of your boxes. Editing this custom rule should get rid of the error.

What does your rule look like now, just blank? I might be able to write a check for this to prevent the ugly error. 🙂
