urgent lost every thing

I was trying to edit a page.
Every time I hit UPDATE page it did not work.
There was an auto save.. I tried to accept the auto save and then redo but still no luck.
Out of exasperation I hit the DELETE button located next to the update page button.
I thought it would just delete the page I was working on but I lost everything.
Is there any way to restore with out paying my server again?
