[urgent help needed] wordpress duplicator plugin doesn't work

    Hi
    I have tried wordpress duplicator plugin success fully in localhost . But I have site in bluehost .and by usin that plugin I have created both package and installed file . after that I copy both the zip file and installer.php file in the directory of my domain (the directory was empty).

    Then whenever I try to run the mydomain/installer.php , it said “[an error occurred while processing this directive]”.

    what can I do now ? plz help me
    [I set my directory permission to 777]
