URE_ENABLE_SIMPLE_ADMIN_FOR_MULTISITE not work

Hi,

Defining URE_ENABLE_SIMPLE_ADMIN_FOR_MULTISITE constant is just a part of task.
Setting it you force URE to check ‘ure_edit_roles’ capability instead of ‘manage_network_users’ for multisite. So check if ‘administrator’ role contains at least ‘ure_edit_roles’ capability.
URE’s capabilities are not included automatically to the administrator role for WordPress multisite.
