Hi @freshcreate,
I hope you are doing well.
The options listed below can be used to receive notifications for email failures:-
1. Slack: The Slack app will notify you of Post SMTP events. You will receive notifications about your unsuccessful emails at any chosen workplace if you approve the “Post SMTP Notifications” app for Slack.
2. Pushover Notification: You will always be notified on your smartphone when an email delivery attempt fails. You can get a complete guide from here.
3. Chrome Extension: For notifications of unsuccessful emails on your WordPress website, install the official Post SMTP Chrome Extension.
4. Twilio: This allows you to add your phone number so that you can get SMS notifications and alerts when emails are not delivered to your recipients. You can get a complete guide from here.
5. Report and Tracking Addon: You can get in-depth reports and statistics about the email performance of your website from the Report and Tracking Pro Extension. You can track who has viewed your emails and filter email statistics by day, week, and month. Additionally, you can see the open rate of your emails. To ensure you know your email performance, the addon sends you daily, weekly, or monthly email reports directly to your inbox.
You can get a complete guide from here.
Do let us know if there is still any confusion.
Thanks and regards,

Apparently, I had the old version of the plugin installed. I had to find the new one in the plugin repo. Found these options – perfect, thank you.
@freshcreate Great, thanks
