Hello I keep getting this error and my host company said to ask WooCommerce….anyone know how to help here?

This error could be generated from a missing field like for example the shipping zip code field. If you are using one of our paid extensions from the WooCommerce.com marketplace, then you can open a support request under the account where you purchased the extension: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/?form=ticket.

Otherwise, this would be the best place for support. In that case, please share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
