UPS Basic and FreightCenter No Shipping Methods

I have a UPS Account. I have a Freight Center account. I installed both plugins. I added a test product with dimensions and weight. Under WooCommerce settings, I have selected Ship to Specific Countries Only (US). I set up a zone for the US with Local Pickup as a method. When I go to add a new method, neither UPS or Freight Center are there as options! When I test purchase the product, entering a US zip such as 33905 (FL) or 07109 (NJ) it tells me no shipping methods are available, not even pickup. I have read through forums and cannot figure out what to do to fix it.
