    Hi all,

    Does this many times without issue but have been struggling today to migrate a site to between two hosting platforms. Moving a site from Just Host to UK Unlimited.

    Today whilst I can restore the database, theme, others, the uploads zip is failing with the following error:

    Upload error (code -200) : HTTP Error. (make sure that you were trying to upload a zip file previously created by UpdraftPlus)

    From searching forums, it seems to be a permissions problem but I am not sure which file to change.

    Can you advise which WordPress file I need to change please and to what?

    Upload error (code -200) : HTTP Error. (make sure that you were trying to upload a zip file previously created by UpdraftPlus)

    That’s a general error code which just means something went wrong.

    As a work-around, try the method it mentions immediately above the upload area – i.e., use FTP instead to upload the backup set into wp-content/updraft, and then, when it’s uploaded, press the “Rescan local storage” link above the upload area.

    Hi David,

    Thanks for the help.

    I have done that and it seems to give a partial restore. When I try that method, the Media Library images disappear and have a blue question mark. In addition, when I view the site, I get a white screen.

    As a double check, I used a backup set from another site which gave the same errors.

    I am getting this same error. I can’t use FTP because my host doesn’t allow it (Good Gallery)

    @mirrorrim: You can also put the backup into any remote storage that you configure in UpdraftPlus, and then press the “Rescan remote storage” button.
