UPLOADING WORDPRESS POSTS AND PAGES

    Hi,

    I have been working on a blog on my local computer. I have created date sensitive posts and pages. I wanted to move all the work I have been doing locally to a remote server including all the posts and pages.

    I have: * set up wordpress 2.5.0 on BOTH my local and remote machines.
    * copied all the wordpress files from my local computer to the remote server.

    I have not: * been able to find where the pages and posts associated with the site are located and do not know if I have uploaded those.

    Where are these files located and how do I upload them?
