Uploading theme to my wordpress.com blog

    I have started a blog at wordpress.com to test the site I am building before posting it online.
    I downloaded a new theme that I want to use, but am not sure where to get into the cp-admin control panel so I can upload the theme into the proper directory.
    How can I do this?
