My form worked perfectly, but when we moved the website to another server/hosting, it stopped working. The file upload is not working and keeps giving the validation error: file not uploaded.

Can someone help me or give me some clues?

Might be the upload path. When I moved a site I had trouble uploading images, but by adding this to the wp-config.php file it fixed the issue.

Place this beneath MySQL Settings section:

define( ‘UPLOADS’, ‘wp-content/’.’uploads’ );
