Uploading complete site to server

    Hi,
    I am on a Mac, installed MAMP server software and built a nice WP site on my computer, when I try to upload it via ftp to a host (I will be using GoDaddy with the Wp install) I get some problems with it not all there, which files do I need to upload and replace on the host server?
