Uploaded Plug-ins not showing

Before I did the latest WordPress upgrade, my Statpress CN disappeared from my admin panel. When I looked for it on the add new plug-ins screen, it says it is installed, though it’s still not on my admin panel. I tried to add a couple of other plug-ins with the same result.

I then updated my WordPress, and tried to upload a new plug-in, and the same thing happens. The plug-ins are showing up in my cpanel but not my admin panel, so I can’t edit them.

When they’re downloading, it looks like it just passes the first step without saying the download has been completed like normal. What should I do?
