uploaded picture corrupted

Hello
Today my WordPress is giving this problem : when i upload one picture the picture upload is corrupted and impossible to use. WordPress doesn’t give any error. same things for few pictures that were already on the website
I tried to:

-Clean the cache of browser and WordPress.
-upload different types of files.
change the file permission.

but nothing worked,
Someone know what I can try to do?
