Uploaded Images Disappear

    We have image uploads enabled on our submission form, but it seems like the images disappear and aren’t saved anywhere on disk. I tried looking through the source of the plugin and if I understand correctly, they should be in the uploads directory, but they aren’t. Where can I find them or how else can I troubleshoot?

    Turns out it was a server error – PHP file uploads were completely disabled.
