    Hi, I run a multisite blog network and updated to the latest version of avatar manager the other day and am still having a random issue with the plugin. I have about 4-5 users across my different sites that continually upload their photos and after a day or two they disappear. The files are still in the media library. One example is here: http://art-nerd.com/newyork/the-golden-swan-garden/ I’ve uploaded his avatar at least 4-5 times by now. I’ve also add a new one for myself but its disappeared and reverted to my gravatar picture. Do you have any tips on how to fix this issue?

    Thank you for reporting. Have you encountered the same issue with previous versions of the plugin? What’s happening when an image disappears? Are you still able to select the custom avatar on the profile screen or Gravatar is the only option available? If the custom avatar is still available but displaying the default Gravatar image instead please check that the avatar ratings are properly set. To do this go to Settings Discussion Screen and look for Maximum Rating under Avatar settings. Then go back to the Users Your Profile Screen and make sure that the selected avatar rating is less than or equal to the current maximum rating. Please let me know if it helps!

    I am having the same issues…..I have a person with editor privileges and her headshot keeps going away…..so, I have just verified your instruction here and will track to see if it disappears again.

    I think this issue has been resolved in the latest release….I haven’t had anyone’s avatar disappear in the last week or so.

    I had two more disappear the other day…frustrating.

    great plugin, but i have the exact same issue. I have tried the above, but it still does not seem to resolve it.

    Any help on this?

    Hi nolimit966,

    Thank you for reporting. This issue has been fixed (see this pull request) but it’s not yet included in a release.

    You can try the dev version of the plugin to see if it works as expected (you should use it for testing purposes only).

    I’ll try to package a new release soon.

    An update to the plugin would be appreciated, I have added the modification by hand which seems to work pretty well
