Upload theme does not work

    I want to make a directory for my city Graz, where you can find all the fashion boutiques.
    I have paid and downloaded “MyListing – Directory & Listing WordPress Theme and when I try to uplaod the theme it says “Oh no! There uis a mistake with showing the website”

    What should I do now, I don’t understand why it is not working….

    Please help me!!

    Hi @donaanotonesch

    If you have access to your admin panel, try deactivating all plugins. If you don’t have access to your admin panel, try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the default theme for your version of WordPress to rule-out a theme-specific issue. If you don’t have access to your admin panel, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue.

    Hello thanks for your answer. I deleted all plug ins, but still it is not working….
    I have access to the admin panel, but what do you mean with default theme? I have even watched a tutorial and I did the same 1:1. The upload just doesn’t work. So it can’t be a theme specific issue, right?

    You’re using a commercial theme/plugin, so please use their official support channel. We feel they are best equipped to support their products.

    Hello Steve, thanks for telling me that. I feel lost and I am a little mad about that I couldn’t even do the first step (installing the theme) I hope someone can help me there
