Currently only the pro version has such option.

the bulk import functions is critcal. i am willing to buy the pro version if it can do what i want.

is it in excel or CSV or XML format?

i figured out how to use it in PRO sandbox
however, when ever my questions is or contain chinese character, after the import the whole role will disappear.
please advise how to fix this?
if this is fixed for sure i will buy PRO without delay

You need to have your files in Unicode format. This is nothing specific about WatuPRO – it’s how WordPress works.
