upload mobile child theme for omega

    Hello,
    I would like to upload the omega child theme “mobile” . I downloaded the theme to my computer and in read.me it says to go to appearance <install but there is no install under appearance.
    Can you please tell me how to do it. Upload the child theme and use it.

    there are 2 ways,
    1. go to appearance > themes > add new > upload theme
    2. go to appearance > themes > add new > search theme using “mobile” keyword

    Thanks for your quick answer, I tried, but I cannot upload the child theme, only other themes are shown in appearance>theme>add new and there it only shows the normal omega theme but not the mobile child theme. Somehow it seems that its not accessible from the wordpress/web site dashboard.
    I can upload it to my computer but how to I get it from there to the website?
    I hope I could put it clearly.

    I do have another question: Where do I find the html files for the content?
    Where can I change the header, the footer (where in the css or the php)?
    Where to change the space and disposition of the logo (not in the middle but on the left top side and especially the size of the title in the header?
