Upload File Permissions Issue

    Hi dears,

    Thanks for this great plugin! Very useful…

    I have an issue with the “File” type… Trying to download the uploaded file, always gives the following error “You don’t have permission to access /xxxx/wp-content/uploads/profiles/13/test.pdf on this server.” although I gave full permissions on the folder on the server!
    What could the problem be?

    First, is the file uploaded in this folder? Maybe the upload process does not work.

    If yes, maybe instead of being a permissions issue this can be due to a user owner of the file? Have you tried to contact with your support provider and ask them?
