    Hello!

    I tried to use the WPvivid Backup Plugin to move my site from a local environment to a live site. When I try to upload the backup I get an error:

    Upload file failed. file name: localhost_(WordPress Name)_wpvivid-5d7e7e036dbba_(I removed the date)_backup_all.zip, error: PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Invalid archive structure

    Do you have any suggestions on how to fix that problem?

    Hi, thanks for your feedback. Would you mind to provide us with the download link of your backup and a temp admin account of your live site and login page URL by email (support@wpvivid.com)? We check it out. Thanks in advance.

    Within the last 21 hours he responded a couple of times to my mails really quick and fixed the problem for me 🙂
