Upload errors WP 3.8

Is this plugin still being maintained? I am receiving an error when trying to post using Tweetbot. I have followed all instructions as best as I can tell. I am using WP3.8 and yourls, as well as Tweetbot.

ERROR trying to upload media
Try again later.

Any help is appreciated.
