    Hey Alinato!

Thanks for reaching out! If you need to update your Mailchimp plugin, you should be able to from WordPress panel > Plugins > Installed Plugins. There should be a note under the MailChimp plugin that has an “update now” link that you can click, which will update the plugin automatically. If you don’t see that note, check the version that it says it has applied to make sure it’s up to date.

If you’re still seeing issues there, feel free to send along a link to a screenshot of the MailChimp plugin as it appears under your ‘Installed Plugins’ and we’ll be happy to take another look.

    Thanks,
    Garnet

Thanks for that screenshot, I see the issue now. Try checking the box next to the MailChimp plugin, then choose ‘Update’ from the ‘Bulk actions’ dropdown at the top.

If that doesn’t do the trick, you can deactivate then delete the plugin, then re-install. To re-add the plugin, head to the ‘Plugins’ section of your dashboard, then hit the ‘Add New’ button at the top. In the ‘Search Plugins’ box on the upper right hand side, search for “MailChimp” and it will be the first result that comes up, listed as “MailChimp List Subscribe Form”. In the next window, click the ‘Install Now’ button to add that plugin to your WordPress. After it runs, you should see something like this: http://cl.ly/0r2g1K1I0X1H

From here, you can return to your ‘Installed Plugins’ and re-activate and set the plugin back up! If uninstalling and reinstalling doesn’t do the trick, feel free to follow up with your detailed workflow and any updated screenshots and I can check it out with you.

    Thank you,
    Garnet
