Upgrade Network not working v3.9

    Hi,I cannot upgrade network when update wordpress 3.9.1

    Warning! Problem updating http://xxxxx.xx.xx/xxxx Your server may not be able to connect to sites running on it. Error message: couldn’t connect to host.

    1.Try to deactivate all plugin. not help.
    2.Try to re-stall use old version. not help.

    Previously I just moved a server,I do not know what the problems are of Hosting or problems with firewalls.

    Any Idea, help please.
