upgrade 2.3 to 2.9.1

    I have to upgrade from 2.3 to 2.9. BlueHost cannot do this automatically says I need to do it 2.3 to 2.4 etc til 2.9. Is there any easy way to do this – I am not too computer savvy when it comes to complicated upgrades. Thanks

    There’s no easy way – sorry. But you don’t need to upgrade through every version. An upgrade process from 2.3 2.3 -> 2.5 -> 2.7 -> 2.9.1 should be OK.

    Thanks for the quick answer .Do I back up or save all my blogs first and then start upgrading?

    bluehost shouldn’t have anything to do with the upgrades. Export a xml of your website (Tools => Export => Download Export File) to be safe.
