UpdraftPlus No backup has been completed

    Hi,
    I am trying to backup my company’s wordpress site usign UpdraftPlus but it doesn’t complete the task, and there’s no backups completed.No Last backup job run: backup has been completed.
    the orange barr stops with a message saying ‘Pruning old backup sets’ and nothing happens after it.

    I read your suggestions to other users about this issue. I tried to change the split setting from 800 to 50. It didn’t work.

    Same problem here, wheel keeps on turning, but never seems to finish (ever).

    There’s no failure message, or error message, just never finishes and never seem to have completed backup listed on the dashboard, just “No Backups Completed” showing.

    But looking in FTP, I can see a backup folders been created, and it seems to have a zip and content in it?
