On the website for Updraft is says that Premium is 70.00 for 2 sites. But you are saying that Premium is free? So, I have to have Premium in order for the add-in to work but Premium is free?
No, you can download the Premium plugin for free. However, you cannot activate the entitlements associated with Premium licence unless you have an active entitlement. The Premium download will have the same functionality (you just can’t update it) as the free one until you have fully activated your licence(s)
When you install the Premium addon, you need to goto the Premium/extensions, enter your email and password and click “connect”
Under your addon, click “activate it on this site”
It’s only once you have done this that you can use the addon.
