Updraft restoration failed

I am currently trying to restore my website using Updraft and I am repeatedly getting this error message.
Move /home2/onestcr3/public_html/justanothermomentco/wp-content/mu-plugins -> /home2/onestcr3/public_html/justanothermomentco/wp-content/mu-plugins-old: Failed. Destination Directory UID=2134, GID=2133. Effective/real user IDs of the current process: 2134/2134. Effective/real group IDs of the current process: 2133/2133.

I have tried deleting old directories and trying again, and different back-ups but still encountering this problem.
