Updraft Backup button is not working

Hi,

I want to backup my site but it is not happening. Because my in updraft plus plugin backup button is not working, but they show me that backup is available, and if I try to download the files from cpanal but their is no file exist in the updraft folder. So, is this possible that I get my files somewhere so that I can backup my site.
