Updating users with custom meta

I am just looking for some clarity as I have read the instructions but still uncertain.

I want to update some custom meta fields of existing users.

I understand that I need the first columns to be:
user_login,user_email

If I add id, do I need to include the user_login and user_email data in each row, or is the id data sufficient to update the user?

Example – would this update user with id 1?

user_login,user_email,id,display_name
,,1,Javier Carazo
