Facebook caches data for shared URLs for an undisclosed amount of time.
The only way to clear their cache manually is to enter the URL into their debugger at https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/sharing/ hit the Debug button, then on the results page hit the Scrape Again button.

Thx James,
I’m afraid that that is in a problem of Facebook cache but of the Post address at my WordPress blog. Though I have changed the name of the post, the address remain the original, and bear with it the the former name..
Oh, you’re referring to the post slug? As in example.com/2016/06/29/post-slug/ for a post titled Post Slug (for example)?
If so, that is not edited automatically with the post title. Were I to change the title of this example post to Yesterday’s News, the URL would still be example.com/2016/06/29/post-slug/ if I didn’t edit the post slug.
To edit the post slug, edit the post and look for the Permalink below the title, and hit the Edit button next to it, as detailed in this screenshot: http://d.pr/i/106Bl/18omsrdk
