Help! Can’t update my plugins!!

And… what happens when you try?
First off I have about 9 new upgrades and none of them will finish. It also says that I’m using the newest version of wordpress.
And at the top of my page it says that it won’t automatically upgrade.

Deactivate the plugins and install the new versions manually:
