Updating plugins with licenses

I set a client up with paid extensions for WooCommerce over a year ago, and now some have expired.

She does not have WooCommerce subscriptions, so I am updating paid plugins manually.

I’m not sure how to do it. I’ve looked online without much help. One of her plugins is Fulfillment by Amazon so I don’t want to mess around with it by experimenting with generic update instructions.

Please help? Or direct me to proper documentation?
