Updating Blog by Email

Hi, I run http://www.westmontmusic.org and I want to allow a few people to be able to update through email. For some reason, it does not seem to work. On my server(canaca.net), I created an email account, but when I send email to the account, nothing works. I asked Canaca about this and they told me a I got all the information correct. Could someone tell me how to do this? Thank you.
